The European Journal of Political Research (EJPR) is a major journal of European political science sponsored by the European Consortium for Political Research. It is one of the most highly respected journals in the discipline, and the flagship publication of the European Consortium for Political Research (ECPR).
The EJPR specialises in articles articulating theoretical and comparative perspectives in political science, covering quantitative and qualitative approaches. All articles are subject to anonymised peer review. The Journal is currently edited by Professors Claudio Radaelli (University of Exeter) and Ioannis Papadopoulos (University of Lausanne).
In 2008 it was ranked by the Institute for Scientific Information 2nd out of 99 political science journals. In 2011 the EJPR increased its Impact Factor to 1.478, up from 1.468 in 2010.
Political Data Yearbook
Edited by Kevin Deegan-Krause, Rainbow Murray and Daniele Caramani, the PDY was formerly edited by Tim Bale and Ingrid van Biezen. Published as a double issue at the end of each volume of the EJPR, the PDY documents election results, national referendums, changes in government, and institutional reforms in all of the EU member states, plus Australia, Canada, Iceland, Israel, Japan, New Zealand, Norway, Switzerland, and the United States. In addition, recognised experts on the politics of each country provide commentary on these events, as well as on the principal issues in national politics during the year.
