Euonymus walkeri is a species of plant in the Celastraceae family. It is endemic to Sri Lanka.
Leaves
opposite, shape variable, acute base, apex variable, margin shallowly scalloped.
Trunk
immature bark - brilliant orange-red; branches dichotomous; twigs somewhat quadrangular.
Flowers
greenish-crimson, solitary or in 3's, sessile, axillary.
Fruits
pear-shaped capsule; very large yellow aril.
Ecology
rain forest undersotory of wet zone.
