Ethan Allen Blackaby (born July 24, 1940) is an American former Major League Baseball outfielder. He appeared in 15 games for the Milwaukee Braves during the 1962 and 1964 seasons.
Blackaby attended Canton (IL) High School, where he was a multi-sport standout athlete. He played football at the University of Illinois at Urbana–Champaign before being signed as an amateur free agent by the Milwaukee Braves in 1961.
After his playing days were over, Blackaby served as General Manager of the Phoenix Giants in the 1970s and early 1980s.
