Erzelj (pronounced [ɛɾˈzɛl]) is a village in the hills west of Vipava in the Littoral region of Slovenia. It was first mentioned in written documents dating to 1275.[2]
The local church is dedicated to Saint Michael and belongs to the Parish of Goče.[3]
