Erpetonyx arsenaultorum is a species of bolosaurian parareptile from the Gzhelian stage of the Carboniferous. It is known from a single, articulated and mostly complete specimen from Cape Egmont, in southern Prince Edward Island, Canada. It the earliest known parareptile, and brings back the origins of several clades into the Carboniferous.[1]
