Ernest Winter (birth registered January→March 1910 (age 104105)[1]) birth registered in Pontefract district, is an English professional rugby league footballer of the 1930s, playing at representative level for England, and at club level for Featherstone Rovers, and Hunslet, as a Centre, i.e. number 2 or 4.

Ernest Winter won a cap for England while at Featherstone Rovers in 1933 against Other Nationalities.[2]

Rugby Football League Championship final appearances

Ernest Winter played Centre, i.e. 4 and scored a try in Hunslet's 8-2 victory over Leeds in the 1937-38 Rugby Football League Championship final at Elland Road on Saturday 30 April 1938.[3]
