Erich Giese
Kapitanlieutenant Erich Giese (22 June 1887 – 5 June 1917) was a German naval officer killed action during World War I.
Giese was killed in Action of 5 June 1917 against Royal Navy warships aboard the torpedo boat S20.
The Kriegsmarine destroyer Z12 of World War II was named the Erich Giese in the honor of Giese. Also, a street is named in his honor in Munich, Germany.
