EpiCor

EpiCor is a dietary supplement derived from dry fermentation of the yeast Saccharomyces cerevisiae. EpiCor is manufactured by Embria Health Sciences, a unit of Iowa-based animal feed supplier Diamond V Mills. The manufacturer has published research on the effect of EpiCor on mucosal immune protection;[1] human leukocytes in vitro and anti-inflammatory activity;[2] and symptom severity and duration of seasonal cold, influenza, and flu-like symptoms.[3]

EpiCor is not intended to diagnosis, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, and statements regarding its physiological effects in humans have not been evaluated by the Food & Drug Administration.
