Entre Tangos Y Mariachi (Between Tangos And Mariachi) is the title of a studio album released by Spanish performer Rocío Dúrcal on May 15, 2001 by BMG Ariola.[1] This would be the second album produced by Argentinian songwriter Bebu Silvetti for the singer.
This album features ten cover versions to the famous Tango songs that cross the generes of the Mariachi and the Tango. With this album the singer Spanish returns to the concerts on Spain after 13 years of absence from his native land.
Four singles were released from Entre Tangos Y Mariachi. Its lead single ("Sombras... Nada Más") became a hit all over Latin America and in the United States where peaked at number 9 on the Billboard Latin Pop Airplay and at number 16 on the Hot Latin Tracks.
