Enrique Múgica Herzog
Enrique Múgica Herzog (San Sebastián Guipúzcoa, 1932) is an attorney and Spanish politician. A member of the PSOE, former Justice Minister (1988–1991), former congressman (representing Gipuzkoa 1977–2000) and former Ombudsman (2000–2010).[1]
His father was a Basque violinist who was killed during the Civil War and his mother was French of Polish Jewish origin.
