Engela Constituency
Engela is a constituency in the Ohangwena Region of Namibia. It has 21,341 inhabitants.[1]

It's home to one of the biggest hospital in Namibia, Engela State Hospital. It's also home to one of Windhoek's best import, Timoteus Natangwe Shihepo who was born in 1993 in Engela State Hospital. He is the first person ever to come from Engela let alone Ohangwena Region to be practicing Journalism. He is well known in Engela for the humanitarian work that he is forever doing there. He is hoping to start his own helping foundation next year which he will name The Real-Timo Foundation to help vulnerable people by providing opportunities so that they can be someone in life.
