Elvir Maloku (born 14 May 1996 in Rijeka) is a Croatian football player of Albanian Descent who plays for Hajduk Split in the Prva HNL.
Club career
Maloku passed through various clubs in the Rijeka region, before moving to the youth setup of the local Prva HNL side HNK Rijeka in early 2012. In the 2012-2013 season he was the top scorer of the club's U17 team, scoring 13 goals in 26 appearances.
In the summer of 2013 he moved to HNK Hajduk Split along with his younger brother Trojan. He made his first team debut on 28 August 2013 in his teams 3-1 away win against NK Lokomotiva Zagreb, coming in the 83rd minute for Anton Maglica. [1]
International career
Maloku is a Croatian youth international, playing for the Croatia national under-17 football team in the summer of 2013.[2] Maloku is also eligible to play for the Albania.[3]
