Elvīra Anatolyevna Ozoliņa (Russian: Эльвира Анатольевна Озолина) (born October 8, 1939 in Leningrad) is a retired Latvian (and former Soviet) athlete, who competed in javelin throw. She won the Summer Universiade gold in 1959 and silver in 1963. Elvira Ozolina won the gold medal for the USSR team in the 1960 Olympics with the Olympic Record of 55,98m and was awarded Order of the Red Banner of Labour that year.

Ozolina set three world records - 57.92m and 59.55m in 1960, and 59.78m in 1963. She was also the first woman who threw the javelin over 60 metres (61.38 m (201.4 ft) at Soviet Championships). However this achievement was not ratified as a world record by IAAF.[1]

Ozoliņa trained at VSS Burevestnik in Leningrad. She is married to Jānis Lūsis, 1968 Olympic champion in men's javelin throw. Their son, Voldemārs Lūsis, is also a javelin thrower who competed in 2000 Summer Olympics and 2004 Summer Olympics.
