Elmir Ramilevich Nabiullin (Russian: Эльмир Рамилевич Набиуллин; born March 8, 1995 in Kazan) is a Russian professional football player. Currently, he plays in the Russian Premier League for FC Rubin Kazan.

He made his debut in the Russian Premier League on March 9, 2014 for FC Rubin Kazan in a game against FC Anzhi Makhachkala.[1]
