Elmar Valiyev

Elmar Valiyev is the mayor of Ganja, Azerbaijan[1]

Elmar Valiyev was born 3 October the 1960th year, in the city of Evlakh, USSR. He got two higher educations, one at the Azerbaijan Technological University as a mechanical engineer. Then he graduated Azerbaijan State Academy.

On February 18 the 2011th year, Elmar Veliyev was appointed the mayor city of Ganja.
