Elizabeth Claire Carty is a beauty queen from High Point, North Carolina who has competed in the Miss Teen USA 2004 and Miss United States Teen 2005 beauty pageants.

Carty won the Miss North Carolina Teen USA pageant in late 2003 and represented North Carolina in the nationally televised pageant held in Palm Springs, California in August 2004. She failed to place in the pageant, which was won by fellow RPM Productions titleholder Shelley Hennig of Louisiana.

In 2005 Carty won the Miss North Carolina United States Teen pageant followed by the national Miss United States Teen title.[1] Her interests include modelling and volunteering for charity. She is a cheerleader for the High Point University Panthers and a member of Kappa Delta Sorority.[2]

Carty won the Miss Thomasville title in 2006 and will compete in the Miss North Carolina pageant in 2007, alongside another former Miss North Carolina Teen USA, Brittany Crews.

Carty is the sister of Austin Carty, who participated in Survivor: Exile Island and was the first member of the jury. She graduated from Wesleyan Christian Academy in 2005.[3]
