Elite Fight Gym is an Australian mixed martial arts gym, based in Penrith.
History
Elite Fight Gym (EFG) is one of the leading mixed martial arts training facilities in Sydney, Australia. Head trainer James Te-huna is currently competing in the UFC,[1] and has helped train the rugby league team Parramatta Eels.[2][3][4]
UFC fighter Michael Bisping trained at EFG, while in Australia for his fight against Wanderlei Silva at UFC 110. [5]
