Eleutherodactylus semipalmatus is a species of frog in the Leptodactylidae family endemic to Haiti. It has not been reported since 1985, and may be extinct. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests, subtropical or tropical moist montane forests, and rivers.
