Eleutherodactylus glaphycompus is a species of frog in the Leptodactylidae family endemic to Haiti. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests, subtropical or tropical moist montane forests, and rocky areas. It is threatened by habitat loss.
