Eleutherodactylus glandulifer is a species of frog in the Leptodactylidae family endemic to Haiti. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests, subtropical or tropical moist montane forests, and intermittent rivers. It is threatened by habitat loss.
