Eleutherococcus brachypus (Chinese: 短柄五加 duan bing wu jia) is a plant species in the genus Eleutherococcus endemic to China; it is found on scrub fields and roadsides on mountain slopes in Gansu, Ningxia, and Shaanxi provinces.[1] It contains acetylated stilbenoid glucosides.[2]
