Eleanor Elizabeth Tucker Norrie (born 1942) is a former teacher, restaurant owner and politician in Nova Scotia, Canada. She represented Truro-Bible Hill in the Nova Scotia House of Assembly from 1993 to 1998 as a Liberal member.
She was born in Tatamagouche Mountain, Nova Scotia and was educated at Colchester County Academy and the provincial normal school. Norrie served in the Executive Council of Nova Scotia as Minister of Human Resources from 1993 to 1995 and as Minister of Housing & Consumer Affairs from 1995 to 1996.
Since 2007, she has served as the president of the Liberal riding association for the federal riding of Cumberland—Colchester—Musquodoboit Valley.
