El Kouar

El Kouar is a settlement in western Morocco.[1] Nearest evidence of recorded history is the ruined ancient city of Volubilis, initially settled by the Phoenicians and Romans over 2000 years ago.[2] Alternatively this community is known by the designation Mers el Koar.
