Eh Janam Tumhare Lekhe received positive reviews.Vishal of Punjabigrooves.com said that "A Complete Masterpiece! Absolutely Recommended".[2] Bobby Sandhu of Punjabiportal.com said that the film "will inspire you, it will make you think, to reflect and maybe change you in a small way" and praised Pawan Malhotra's acting.[3]
