Egyptian Liberation Party

The Egyptian Liberation Party is a Sufi^[3] political party in Egypt.^[4] The party was founded by Sheikh Aboul Azayem; most of the members are part of the Al Azmeya Sufi order.^[5] The party is backed by the ‘Azmeyya Tareeka Sufi order.^[6]

The party calls itself social democratic.^[7]
