Eesti Gaas AS is the Estonian natural gas company, which imports and sells natural gas and owns and operates Estonian natural gas transmission system. Eesti Gaas is owned by Gazprom (37.02%), E.ON Ruhrgas (33.66%), Fortum Oyj (17.72%) and Itera Latvija (9.85%).
