Edwin Amilgar Hurtado [oor-TAH-doh] (born February 1, 1970) is a former Major League Baseball right-handed starting pitcher who played with the Toronto Blue Jays (1995) and Seattle Mariners (1996–1997) and who is currently coaching in the Mexican Triple-A League for the Quintana Roo Tigres.
In a three-season major league career, Hurtado posted an 8–9 record with 79 strikeouts and a 6.67 ERA in 144 innings.
In 1998 and 1999, Hurtado played for the Nippon Professional Baseball's Orix BlueWave, and in 2004 he played for the LG Twins of the Korea Baseball Organization.
