Edward F. Sanderson

Edward Frederick Sanderson (1874–1955) was a Congregational minister who served in Beverly, Massachusetts, Central Congregational Church in Providence, Rhode Island and at Plymouth Church of the Pilgrims in Brooklyn Heights, New York.[1][2]

Sanderson graduated from Amherst College in 1896 and Hartford Theological Seminary in 1899. He married Ethel Eames in 1912.[3]

He was one of the founders of the New York Goodwill in 1915.[4] He preached at Wellesley College also in 1915.[5]

He retired to Nantucket and was a benefactor of Nantucket Whaling Museum, collecting artifacts related to whaling.[6]
