Edward Carleton Moran, Jr. (December 29, 1894 – July 12, 1967) was an American politician from Maine. Born in Rockland, Maine and a graduate of Bowdoin College, Moran was a veteran of World War I. A Democrat, he unsuccessfully ran for governor of Maine in 1928 and 1930. He was elected to two terms as a congressman from 1933 to 1937. He did not run in 1936 and served in several state and federal jobs, including the United States Maritime Commission until his death in 1967. He was interred in Achorn Cemetery in Rockland, Maine.
