Eddie Spearritt
Eddie Spearritt (born 31 January 1947 in Lowestoft), Suffolk is a retired English footballer, who played as a midfielder.[1]

- 1965-1969 : Ipswich (played in 79 games scoring 14 goals)
- 1974-1976 : Carlisle (played in 31 games scoring 1 goal)
- 1976-1976 : Gillingham (played in 19 games scoring 1 goal)
He finished his playing career in Australia. By 1979 he was the manager of the Brisbane Lions in the National Soccer League.
Career Achievements
Spearritt played in every position for Ipswich, including substitute goalkeeper and he once held the record for the longest throw in football.
Personal life
Eddie is the uncle of Hannah Spearritt, the British singer and actress and Tanya Spearritt, the British model and fashion designer.
