Economic Club of Canada

The organization meets three times a week and provides a platform for key policy makers and business leaders. Economic Club members are drawn from the business, industry and finance sectors. Speeches are typically held over the lunch hour. Tickets to events can be individually sold or by table to companies, organizations or members.

History

The Economic Club of Canada was established in 2003 as the Economic Club of Toronto. The Economic Club was primarily based in Toronto, Ontario. The Club was re-launched in 2008 as the Economic Club of Canada and has hosted events in Calgary, Montreal, Ottawa and Vancouver. The Economic Club of Canada has also expanded to the U.S. as the Economic Club of America.[1]
