Ebya (Russian: Эбя) is a rural locality (a selo), the only inhabited locality, and the administrative center of Zhemkonsky Rural Okrug of Vilyuysky District in the Sakha Republic, Russia, located 106 kilometers (66 mi) from Vilyuysk, the administrative center of the district. Its population as of the 2010 Census was 483,[3][4] of whom 250 were male and 233 female, up from 472 as recorded during the 2002 Census.[1]
