The Eastern Middlesex County Second District Court is a historic courthouse of the Massachusetts District Court at 38 Linden Street in Waltham, Massachusetts. The two story brick building was designed by Charles R. Greco and built 1938-40. It is the city's most elaborate example of Art Deco architecture. The building is faced in yellow brick with cast stone trim. Its main facade has a central projecting pavilion where the main entrance is located. The entry is reached by granite stairs that are flanked by shoulders topped with Art Deco lamps on ram's head bases.[2]
The building was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1989.[1]
