East End / Endion (Duluth)
East End / Endion is a neighborhood in Duluth, Minnesota, United States.
21st Avenue East, East 2nd Street, and East 3rd Street serve as three of the main routes in the community.

Endion is one of the neighborhoods which surround the local higher education institutions of the University of Minnesota Duluth and the College of St. Scholastica. Many of the blighted houses of the past have been under maintained by local landlords to accommodate the growing student community as off-campus rental properties. This off-campus housing has allowed the colleges to grow and become a vital part of the Duluth economy. Fortunately, there are local long term residents who are keeping the negligent landlords in check and are helping the student community by passing laws which manage, in an intentional manner, the rental properties by requiring livable rental units and off street parking. These reasonable ordinances are promoting logical and balanced mixed use neighborhoods.
