East Belfast Football Club is a Northern Irish football club playing in Division 1B of the Northern Amateur Football League. The club is based in Belfast. Long-standing members of the Amateur League, they have been champions of that league ten times, also winning the league's two main knockout tournaments in the Clarence Cup (six times) and the Border Regiment Cup (twice).

They are managed by John Spence, the former Northern Ireland under-18 assistant manager and the holder of a coaching A Licence. Other staff include assistant manager David McConnell, director of football A. McMorran O.B.E, Dr. Brian Strain, the club physiotherapist and chief scout Billy Spence, formerly of Glentoran F.C. The club play at Inverary Avenue, which is located in Tommy Patton Millennium Park, on Belfast's Holywood Road.
