Game Modes

Single Race - Single race offers straightforward competitive action on any of the tracks. You can choose the race track and how many laps the race will last.

Time Trial - The opportunity to race undisturbed on any of the tracks and hone your skills without the violent interruption from competitors. Your ghost vehicle will appear after the first lap to help set the pace of future laps. Speed stripes are always active and zombies will never cause you to be hit by lightning.

Challenge - A series of 3 successive races. After each race, points are awarded according to the finished position. The player with the most points at the end is the tournament winner.

Death Match - Pure unadulterated combat in Metal Hammer's amphitheater of pain. It's a constant free-for-all death match until only the winner is left standing. Each player has 3 lives and once they have been destroyed, they are removed from the game.

Zombie Massacre - Set in Metal Hammer's amphitheater of pain, it's a mad dash to splatter more zombies than the other players combined. The game ends when all but the lightning zombies are destroyed.

Death Race - To win, all competitors must be destroyed before they complete a lap of the track.
