eBusiness BPO is an international outsourcing service center company that provides out bound and in bound business solutions.
Operations
eBusiness BPO is based out of the Philippines, India and the United States. They employ almost 400 people [1] in their Cebu call centers. This organization was co-founded by Scott Johnson, Mark Johnson and Filipino native Almira S. Asbin.[2] eBusiness BPO’s clients are located in the United States, Australia and Canada.[3]
History
The company first began operating in 2009, and they employed 120 call center agents at that time. In 2011, they made their first expansion by opening a 350 seat call center in Cebu, and they acquired a contract with one of Australia’s largest telecom providers.[4] Also in 2011, CNN Hong Kong recognized them as an influential factor in the Philippines becoming “the new call center king,” [5] and there are now approximately 400,000 Filipinos working in this industry.[6]
The first eBusiness BPO call center was located in Cebu, Philippines, and their first research development center was built in Ahmedabad, India. The outsourcing organization’s expansions now include an additional Cebu call center, Philippines based business and recruiting offices in Cebu and Cagayan do Oro City and a United States office in Newbury Park, California. The company has announced plans for an additional office in Bacolod, Philippines.[7]

The company has since expanded to other business solutions such as web design, IT, accounting services and recruitment.
