Duško Čelica (born 18 August 1986) is a Bosnian handball player. Čelica currently plays in Croatia for RK Zagreb. He is a standard member of the Bosnian national handball team.

He started playing handball for local club RK Kozara in Kozarska Dubica, the town in Republika Srpska (Bosnia and Herzegovina) where he was born.
