Drashti Dhami is an Indian television actress, model, host and a dancer. She is one of the most popular celebrities in television industry. She appeared in the shows Dill Mill Gayye, Geet - Hui Sabse Parayi and Madhubala – Ek Ishq Ek Junoon.[1] She is the winner of the 6th season of Indian dance reality show Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa, along with choreographer Salman Yusuff Khan.[2]
Drashti Dhami was chosen to be the Brand Ambassador for Canvironment Week 2011, 2013 and 2014 initiated by Hindustan Tin Works Ltd to support the cause of 'Save Our Planet'.[3] Eastern Eye placed her on its list of World's Sexiest Asian Woman (12th in 2012.[4](3rd position in 2013).[5] and (2nd position in 2014)[6] In 2014, FHM India's 100 Sexiest Women List placed Dhami in the top 10 .[7] In 2014 Drashti Dhami also became brand ambassador of MATRIX India's colour brand SoColor.[8] She is of Gujarati heritage.[9]
On 21st February 2015,Drashti Dhami married Businessman Neeraj Khemka. [10][11]

Chirpy, Dhrasti Dhami exudes great energy not just on the small screen, but insists she is the same in real life too. Drashti has a strong Gujarat connect and is proud of her roots. "I am a very proud Gujarati. I have lots of relatives in Surat, but it's been quite some time since I have been there. I came to Ahmedabad as a child, but haven't visited the city for some time," she says.
