Dr. Doyin Okupe is the Senior Special Assistant on Public Affairs to President Goodluck Jonathan of Nigeria.[1][2][3][4] Before his recent appointment by President Jonathan in 2012, Okupe was spokesman for former President Olusegun Obasanjo and a former governorship aspirant of the Peoples Democratic Party in Ogun State in 2003.[5]
