Douglas Andrew 'Dougie' Ramsay (born 26 April 1979) is a former Scottish professional footballer who currently plays for Maybole in the Scottish Junior Football Association, West Region. He has previously played in the Scottish Premier League for Motherwell.
Career
Ramsay began his professional career with Motherwell and made 39 league appearances for the club before his release by manager Terry Butcher in June 2003.[1] After a spell training with St. Mirren, Ramsay joined Ayr United where he spent three seasons before a move to Stranraer in 2006.[2][3]
Ramsay dropped to Junior level with Irvine Meadow in May 2007 before joining Glenafton Athletic the following season.[4][5]
