Donnie Ray Koonce (born June 13, 1959) is a retired American basketball player. He was drafted in the fourth round of the 1981 NBA Draft by the Detroit Pistons. Koonce played 3 seasons in the Philippine Basketball Association from 1982-83 and 1986.
