Dongning County (simplified Chinese: 东宁县; traditional Chinese: 東寧縣; pinyin: Dōngníng Xiàn; literally: "eastern tranqulity") is a county of southeastern Heilongjiang province, People's Republic of China. It is under the jurisdiction of the prefecture-level city of Mudanjiang.
