History
The school was established on 5 February 1969 and consisted of two portable classrooms, a toilet block and an office. There were 62 students divided into two classes. The rest of the school property was simply a large field which consisted of knee-high grass and weeds. The original Principal of the school was Mr. Frank Russell.
In 2009 the school undertook major building works which developed a new office building and new classrooms.
