Domingo de Salazar (1512 – December 4, 1594) was a Spanish prelate of the Catholic Church. He became the first Bishop of Manila, which was then a newly-proclaimed territory of the Spanish Empire.
He was born in La Rioja, in the village of La Bastarda on the banks of the Ebro, Spain.
