Domenico Penzo (born October 17, 1953 in Chioggia) is a retired Italian professional football player.

He played 6 seasons (122 games, 27 goals) in the Serie A for A.S. Roma, Brescia Calcio, Hellas Verona F.C., Juventus F.C. and S.S.C. Napoli.

His best season was in 1982/83, when he scored 15 goals to become the second-best scorer in the Serie A, behind only Michel Platini who scored 16. After that season, he was bought by Juventus F.C., but he didn't score as much for Juve. However, he achieved a rare feat of scoring 4 goals in the same game, in the first round game of the 1983–84 European Cup Winners' Cup against Lechia Gdańsk.
