Dolstad Church (Norwegian: Dolstad kirke) is a parish church in the municipality of Vefsn in Nordland county, Norway. It is located in the town of Mosjøen. The church is part of the Dolstad parish in the Indre Helgeland deanery in the Diocese of Sør-Hålogaland. The red, octagonal building was constructed in 1735 by the architect Nils Pedersen Bech. The church was consecrated by 7 August 1735 by the local dean Anders Dass, the son of poet and priest Petter Dass. This is the third church to be built on this site since the 1100s.[1][2] Dolstad Church has four arms attached to the central octagon creating an octagonal-cruciform floor plan.
