Dodo Services Pty Ltd trading as Dodo is a Internet service provider owned by the telecommunications conglomerate M2 Group.[1] The company founded by Larry Kestelman started out as a small Internet service provider which grew over the years.[2][3]
History
The company was established in September 2001. [4] Dodo expanded services which include mobile broadband, voip, home and car insurance, gas and electricity.[4] In 2013, the company was acquired by M2 Telecommunications.[2][3] Prior to being bought out, the company had over 400000 customers and 660000 active services. [2][3] MS paid $203.9 million for Dodo and $44.1 million for Eftel as some of the owners owned both companies. [2][3]
