The Directorate General of Antiquities (DGA) is a Lebanese government directorate, technical unit of the Ministry of Culture (Lebanon) and is responsible for the protection, promotion and excavation activities in all sites of national heritage in Lebanon.[1] Frederic Husseini is the Director General with other staff including Rana Andari, Suzy Hakimian, Joumana Nakhle and Laure Salloum.[2][3][4] Assad Seif is the head of archaeological research and examination in Lebanon at the DGA.[4]
