Diphenylbutylpiperidine
Diphenylbutylpiperidines are a class of typical antipsychotic drugs which were all synthesized, developed, and marketed by Janssen Pharmaceutica.[1][2]
They include:
- Clopimozide (R-29,764)
- Fluspirilene (Redeptin)
- Pimozide (Orap)
- Penfluridol (Semap, Micefal, Longoperidol)
Amperozide is an atypical antipsychotic of the diphenylbutylpiperazine class.
